The option to change your plan can help you upgrade or downgrade - whenever you feel like there is a need - it might be that you need more users or certain functionalities and you might require an upgrade, or you don’t need some of the features you currently have and you may want to downgrade.
1- Click on the Tag Icon(Your Brand) on the left panel.
2- All the brand preferences and settings will be displayed.
3- Click on Dashboard - a new window will open up with all the metrics of your various activities on the account.
4- Click on CHANGE PLAN - this will bring up a window of all the various available plans that you might be interested in - the plan you will currently be on will be highlighted.
