Making PDFs, JPEGs and PNGs from your Templates

You can easily export Templates and Designs in various formats, including PDF (High Resolution and Proof), JPEG, and PNG. Image exports offer 72, 96, 150, and 300 DPI options.

The available export options depend on the Template Preferences you've set. Each Template may have different export formats and configurations.

Every export automatically saves the template, ensuring easy access to the exported files whenever needed.

If a Template requires approval, non-superusers can only export it after following the designated approval flow.

Export template as an JPEGs or PNGs

1- Click on the Save and Download icon at the top right corner of the navigation bar.

2- Click on Export image.

3- Click on the File type dropdown and select the JPEG or PNG.

4- Click on the DPI(this determines the amount of detail) and select one of the available values (72, 96, 150, 300).

5- Click on EXPORT once you are done.

Export template as an PDFs

1- Click on the Save and Download icon at the top right corner of the navigation bar.

2- Click on PDF or PDF High Resolution to generate PDFs.
