If searching and trying top find direct connections between Shopify Products and Assets, you can easily accomplish this through the Asset - Shopify Products sections on the asset menu. Below is a How-To explaining how to find connections between assets and Shopify Products.
1 - Access the Assets page and identify the asset you wish to check.
2 - On the right-hand side panel, click on the Edit button.
3 - Within the SAM(Single Asset view), on the top right side click on Metadata to open the other options.
4 - Select the option Shopify Products.
On the Asset - Shopify Products menu you will be able to see on which Shopify Products is the Asset being used. This menu also allows you to identify the specific Shopify products where an asset is being used, as well as explore other assets associated with the same product.
If a product contains multiple images, you can click on the other product assets to discover additional connections and see which other products are linked to those assets. This functionality provides a convenient way to navigate and understand the relationships between assets and products within your Shopify store.
On the Assets page we provide a way to find assets by the product metadata. For example you want to know all the assets related with Shopify Products with the Vendor Vans. Them select the Shopify Products option on the search and will be looking for products that have “Vans” on their metadata and return all the assets related to these products. For this search to find the right assets it’s necessary for the assets to have SKU or Barcode on their Metadata.
1 - Access the Assets page and on the text search dropdown selecting the option Shopify Products.
2 - Within the Shopify Products options selected on the search, all the text searched will be using Shopify Metadata to return assets related to these products.
